Reports to: Country Director, ProVeg Polska
Location: Remote in Poland (preferably Warsaw)
Hours: Part-time (20h/week)
Preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the Director and the Fundacja ProVeg team;
Working with individual project managers to calculate and report on project costs;
Monitoring and reporting on financial flows following guidelines and in collaboration with the ProVeg INT Finance Manager;
Preparing documents and reports for accounting, issuing/booking of invoices;
Ensuring effective management and coordination of operational activities within the organization;
Co-drafting of agreements, resolutions and management of document flow;
Promote knowledge sharing, information exchange and best practices
Minimum 2 years of experience in organisational finance management;
Languages - native level of Polish, fluent in English;
Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with data and information;
Collaborative approach and solution orientation;
Willingness to develop knowledge and skills and excitement to learn and grow;
Ability to work independently;
Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges;
Working with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack;
Identify with our vision and mission.
