Role Summary

The Corporate Engagement Specialist is responsible for initiating and implementing collaborations with ProVeg Poland's corporate partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in evolving existing relationships as well as prospecting and building new long-term partnerships with corporations. The candidate will gain valuable experience in understanding non-profit and corporate relations, identifying opportunities for partnerships, data gathering and management, campaign development and first-hand knowledge of the growing plant-based food sector in Poland.

Hours: 20 hours/week

Location: Remote in Poland, ideally in Warsaw

Reports to: Country Director, ProVeg Poland

Type of employment: Employment contract 

Campaign Coordination

  • Campaign coordination of the corporate partners' involvement in the Veggie Challenge campaign on 2 levels:

    • Branding campaign - targeted to Veggie Challenge ( participants;

    • Employer branding activities (eg. workshops, webinars) - targeted to corporate partners’ employees ;

  • Budgeting & planning;

  • Preparation of offers/partnership packages, and briefs for influencers;

  • Proactive contact with companies to establish cooperation (eg. via mailing, telephoning);

  • Negotiations with VC partners (retailers, producers, HoReCa representatives) & influencers;

  • Cooperation with the communication manager - preparation of the communication plan, press releases, adjusting the newsletter content etc.;

  • Evaluation of the campaign and preparation of campaign reports;

Support to the Corporate Engagement activities 

  • Analysis, regular observations and market mapping;

  • Searching for solutions for companies in the food sector;

  • Co-creation of cooperation strategies with companies;

  • Building a client base (CRM), mainly in the food sector;

  • Attracting new customers and maintaining lasting relationships with existing customers;

  • Creation of business offers based on the Foundation's standards and customer needs;

  • Negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation;

  • Preparation and delivery of presentations, trainings and workshops as part of a comprehensive customer service;

  • Planning, implementation and coordination of events related to cooperation with businesses;

  • Participating in events related to the food sector such as fairs, conferences, and tradeshows;


  • Building a positive image of the Foundation;

  • Cooperation with the ProVeg Foundation team and other ProVeg branches;

  • Cooperation with other organisations/ collaboration building;

  • Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – fluent Polish speaker, communicative level English;

  • Demonstrable relevant experience in project management and/or sales/account management role;

  • An ability to work fast, proactively, and reactively.

  • A creative mind, with the ability to develop interesting ideas for new and impactful projects that meet the industry's needs.

  • Good knowledge of relevant topics and trends relating to the plant-based industry.

  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a structured way of working.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and a demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of food innovations, as well as an understanding of the global food/plant-based sector.

  • A passion for ProVeg’s mission.


  • Experience in the food industry, particularly within Europe

  • Experience in using project-management tools (eg. Asana)

  • Outstanding networking skills and experience in building fruitful relationships
