Reports to: Executive Director, ProVeg India
Location: Bangalore. Willingness to travel to Andhra and other regions when needed.
Hours: 40 h per week
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 INR / monthProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external distribution.
Conduct field and online research and gather information as directed by the Executive Director for making informed decisions.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minutes recording.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Coordinate the job posting process on relevant platforms and the company website.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual.
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Willingness to travel to Andhra when needed.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in any field (exceptional candidates without a degree will also be considered)
Previous operations experience would be beneficial.
Ability to manage time effectively and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Currently living or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Leave: You will be entitled to 30 days of paid leave annually, accrued on a monthly basis.
